Administrative Assistance

We offer a full range of office services, from diary management, emails, client interaction, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and mail merge for marketing campaigns. We can provide digital and localised filing systems, travel plans, and general administrative tasks, our team is extensively trained in many computer software programmes, from Microsoft Office to more industry specific software.
Our team are happy to work with individuals, those who have a hectic personal schedule, and would like to reduce the stress by using a PA. 
We work on an hourly rate which is cost effective, by paying for only what you need. 
The hourly rate starts from £50p/h for general administration tasks.

Customer Service Training

We have a great deal of experience with qualified teachers, who are able to identify weaknesses and areas of development required, to prepare a bespoke training package. Away days start from £500

Business Coaching

This may be a concept you are looking to progress, or a development and growth of an existing business or concept.

We are able to give you an overview and guide to creating a business plan, or an overhaul of your company to provide suggestions and how to start implementing changes. We charge £75 p/h or set fees dependent on the work.

Mystery Shopping with a twist

We can offer the traditional mystery shop, testing and providing feedback on the service. 
However we now offer a chance to test your staff, office and productivity. Do you get frustrated that staff spend more time taking breaks or not providing the service to the full?, or perhaps what happens when you step out of the building?

We will not invade your employees trust or privacy, but we will work with you for a few days as a temporary member of staff and inform you how well your company performs, when you are not in the office. We will suggest changes to achieve the maximum from your employees, with just the right balance of morale, productivity and happiness on both sides.
